  1. Your saddle height is incorrect. Get that sorted first and go from there. Pictures:
    – with your foot on the pedal at it’s lowest position,
    – of just the bike to show the saddle vs bars height,
    – you on the bike standing on the pedals and lightly gripping the bars with weight centered evenly and head over the stem,
would be useful. Also check out the RAD distance.

  2. Your 475mm reach is barely even a large by modern standards.

You need 500mm+ by the looks of it.

The frame definitely looks oddly small for an XL.

As others pointed out, definitely adjust for proper saddle height first. Rule of thumb is that your leg should be straight and your knee almost locked out when the heel of your foot is resting on the pedal (this translates into you maximizing your pedal stroke when pedalling with the ball of your foot.)

Once saddle height is adjusted, you should consider positioning the saddle further towards the rear of the bike within tolerable limits (the saddle rails should have min-max indicator). With these two adjustments alone you should be higher up and further back – perhaps enough to resolve some of the fit issues you’re currently experiencing.

There are other cockpit adjustments that you can make from there (stem, bar width, stack, etc.) but IMO your height puts you within the XL size for several brands (can’t speak to GT) so before jumping to a different bike, I would try adjustments to this one first.

  4. think it looks a bit too small, when my dropper is fully extended i have to go on my tip toes to reach the ground 😆

Are you positive this is a XL?  Or did someone tell you it was an XL?  I’m also 6’3” but have a 34 inseam. My XL fits perfect.
