True enough. However when a spoke breaks, more are likely to follow, so rather than simply replacing and truing, I prefer to un-tension the whole wheel, replace the broken spoke, and bring it all back to tension and true.
Well enough for a do-it-yourselfer. Most shops would get it a little bit better, but not noticeably better.
