It’s a bike, therefore it’s xbiking – this is my personal interpretation of xbiking.
This said, to make appeals to the bikes frequently seen on xbiking: front rack and full fenders are supporting evidence to being xbiking “proper”. Honestly, imagine the bike packing you could do with those baskets.
That’s probably a flying pigeon, a Chinese copy of an old English style “Roadster” bike, which you’ll see sometimes posted here. Very widely produced bikes (the flying pigeon) and examples of bikes built for an intended purpose.
