Shitty market but really a older frame without a shock isn’t worth a ton to most people . Most bike people don’t build up bikes or even do there own repairs , so things like a frame end up not being worth a lot.
I just got a brand new fork, shock and frame ,2022 model ,.but brand new for less.

It’s the market. Yes it’s that bad. I’d say that frame is actually a little expensive for the market we are in right now. People are selling well built complete bikes for that price.
