Got into an accident with a car. The police gave a ticket to the driver and determined the driver was at fault.
Tried to deal with their insurance company myself. Insurance company would not replace bike because it wasn’t a car. Insurance company would not replace helmet because it wasn’t a car. My uninsured motorist coverage didn’t cover it because I wasn’t in a car.
