I live near Colchester, UK, and just wanted to share with you our secure bike store. £1 a day, keypad entry, cameras etc. I love it.
They're still ironing out the problems, they're getting rid of the vertical racks though, to be replaced with sheffield stands and there's a couple of abandoned bikes chained up in there.
It's not got huge capacity and there's plenty of outdoors places to lock up your bike, but it's pretty special to me. There's also space for cargo bikes.

I was writing a skilled trades test at a college and accidentally forgot my bike lock keys at home. I asked security if they could somehow help me and they let me put my bike in their private room much like this. I was so grateful. I also aced the test but never did secure the skilled trades apprenticeship. Competition was fierce.
