I wouldn’t trust someone that does this weird crackhead stuff with their bike. The handlebars are all over the place and the brake positioning is bizarre to say the least. Rest looks fine but idk. You definitely need to check it out irl first before anything if you think the price is right. I wouldn’t bother solely because I cannot be sure it was well taken care of.
