Alright, I went on a ride yesterday, the weather was pretty trash (intermittent rains) and to add to the misery, komoot thought it'd be a fun idea to navigate us through a gravel segment. I come back home and clean the bike and noticed some paint chipped off near the BB behind the crankset. Now I hope, this is just chipped paint and battle scars from riding on loose gravel, but it never hurts to be sure. I will likely take it to my LBS to get it evaluated, but it never hurts to hear your thoughts! I have some pictures attached, I'd be grateful if you could help me out with this! Thanks! 🙂

Looks like you’re dropped your chain a few times and chewed up your paint all the way through the primer to the first layer of carbon. It’s almost certainly not a crack and the BB shell is the most overbuilt section of the frame. Don’t lose sleep over it.
