Scott Genius 2020.
my first full suspension mountain bike. Kinda curious on how I should set up the rear suspension.
The seller took off the twinloc so I can’t really lock out the suspension. not sure if it’s worth doing but he gave me the levers so maybe I can hook it back up?
Super excited and I just wanted to share

The number of times I’ve locked out my Enduro bike in a meaningful way and also remembered to unlock it for the descent is probably less than five times in the last five years. Unless you’re getting timed or struggling to keep up on a very smooth climb it isn’t that important, especially on a fork.
Lots of people like the twinloc. It can be a pain to set up if you’ve never done it before, but it’s just two shift cables. Personally, I would rather have a regular dropper lever than twinloc and that’s probably why the previous owner took it off. There is value in it for the right rider(you know who you are). For the casual rider, that bike pedals pretty good with a fully open rear shock assuming it’s set up properly.
