Hand drawn bicycle design??

I’m wondering if anyone has an idea of how this was drawn? Im planning on how I’ll repaint + draw on my bike in the next few weeks and i cant seem to find enamel pens/markers that would work.

Would i need to brush on enamel paint with a fine brush ?
