Rear tire slid out and I was unconscious until the cops arrived. My Apple Watch proved to be a great investment as it automatically dialed 911 and informed my emergency contacts with my location.

Unconscious? Like you were knocked out for several minutes even with a helmet? Damn, quite a spill you took. Glad you are okay. Keep an eye on long term concussion symptoms.
