Wondering if this is worth pulling the trigger on or not and how much of a concern that bent hanger could be. I’d replace the tires with something a little more rugged like GravelKings.
Bent hanger can either be bent back at a shop with a special tool or a new one is $5-25

I wouldn’t. $600 is the price of a premium secondhand bike that’s fully functional. Not one that needs work (excluding consumables like tires/brake padsand service like for seals for top performance). I’ve got a scott genius 930 (2015) model and a Scott spark 940 (2018) both for $425 and $600 from completely different sellers. Both just needed a tuneup and were ready to go.
Bikes are at an all time low right now. And any second hand bikes should be purchased with what a new bike costs kept in mind. Not what it was worth new.
Tl;Dr – don’t buy it for that price

You must be located in Minneapolis. I saw this same bike on marketplace! Haha.
DM me, I’ll show you the bike I picked up 2 days ago for $100
