Definitely looks cracked. Have you tried wiping it off to make sure it isn’t something superficial?

Tap it with a coin… If it sounds different then likely is cracked

Yes, is anything visible on the outside? I’d also take the rest of the headset out and see what’s going on under there then start to look into the warranty process / crash replacement. That’s a good spot.
