I gave my Endurace to an authorized workshop to install a shorter stem. I noticed that the spacers are somewhat misaligned.
Is this expected, can I fix this on my own?

It’s incorrect but it won’t make much of a difference
You can loose the assembly, turn the transition plate 180 degrees and re tighten it (don’t forget to preload the headset properly). The transition plate is the lowest “spacer”, the transition between the actual spacers and the headset. The plate has a stud that fits into the spacers
