That frame is not a track frame
I think it’s a nice looking frame
Paint it! Bike doesn’t look bad. The geometry is just different. Is it comfortable to ride?

You could ride an actual track bike between the gap from frame to front wheel, that’s why it looks weird. Basically hybrid geometry
