I have a race coming up on Friday so kinda freakin out here. I’ve been experimenting with different springs on my insurgent LS and this last round of pulling out the shock, noticed that one side of the bottom link has a spacer while the other doesn’t. The bottom of the shock has two. Fits pretty snug but odd that they would have it offset toward the drive side right? There also doesn’t appear to be any room to fit a spacer on that side of the frame so maybe I’m worried about nothing? Customer service was quick to reply to questions before I bought the bike but have left me with a couple unanswered questions since then that I ended up figuring out myself, but we’ll see I guess tomorrow when they open.

If you know someone who has a 3d printer and can model, you could pull out the other spacer and have one 3d printed out. It will work as a temporary solution until you can get a proper spacer. Something like that should take only 15-20 minutes to print. You might also be right about that being offset though and it not needing another.
If you’ve been swapping out shocks did you thoroughly look around where you’ve been working? Would only fall off when the shock bolt is off.
Otherwise contact Evil and see if they can express ship you a replacement
