The bike probably came with Ultegra components, and then there was an issue with the real derailleur, and when they fixed it, they put on a 105. All Shimano components are interchangeable, so, the bike will work fine, but, you have a slightly heavier rear derailleur by a few grams. If this is your first bike, you’re unlikely to notice any issue in shifting. My first road bike was a 105 group set and it was smooth and quiet and I had no issues.
