It’s an older bike, the price makes sense. EDIT: as an Australian, this is sadly the type of money people still ask for over here for even older dual sus bikes, and specialised sell at a premium.

Looks legit to me, except for that Specialized sticker on the chain stay. It’s crooked and a different color. It may be just a sticker the owner stuck on there.
