No I don't think it's stolen the seller has his and hers pair of bikes. It's a bit older, groupset (tiagra flat bar) looks clean. Any minor maintenance I can do myself.

That is quite cheap for a carbon bike from around 2014-2016 going by the brakes. If you can see it in person go ahead. If they want any sort of pre-pay then run.
