If your frame has mid bottom bracket, this set seems to already have everything needed.
They should come with the spacers you need.
The bottom bracket bearings come with this crank set, but if you need the cups that accept the mid bracket bearings into an American size frame use the profile ones. Install the profile cups, then install the bearings. Bam sealed conversion.
Here’s a decent article on the different BB types. These are the most common for BMX there are a few others more on the MTN bike and BMX race side of things.

What bike (frame) do you have? Also the 24mm is more of a MTN bike diameter spindle, not saying it’s uncommon for BMX but you have fewer choices when it comes to other BB sizes vs. the 19mm.
I did a quick Google search on a Redline Romp and it says it has an American Bottom Bracket. You will need to pop the cups out of the frame’s bottom bracket and install an American to Mid Conversion kit. Theory makes a kit of just the cups needed and this GT crankset includes everything else you’ll need (besides a tool to press in the cups and bearings, otherwise people use a hammer and wood blocks). I have no experience with Theory’s conversion kit, but they are a solid company and the fitment should be just fine.
I have these cranks and they are nice quality. Just have to remember that if you are RHD, the sprocket will mount to the arm that the spindle is not attached to. If you are LHD, mount the sprocket to the arm/spindle side.
You can’t run 24mm axled cranks on a USA bb unfortunately
