If everything is in good condition maybe, check crankset and cassette, they look original so they have thousands of miles on m. Replacing them will cost you.
It is a rather small bike. So check the fit too!

For its age, groupset, rim brakes, I would say no.. maybe 450 to 500 at most

I would never buy a used carbon fiber bike. Damage that is minor and not visible on a cro-mo or aluminum bike can and will catastrophically fail in CF. Downvote me all you want but YouTube is full of video evidence.
