what do the soles look like? im trying to figure out which shoes could work best for bmx as im just starting but i only have skate shoes or regular sneakers lol
The insoles are pretty thick (maybe a lil too thick) most of the cushion is in them… the midsoles are just cheap Eva foam probably hollowed out, no cushion tech or anything

picking good shoes is a real problem. especially for foot jams and stuff like that
