You’ll hopefully get a freshy at no cost. Google fox x2 warranty issue replacement or something and you’ll get a fair bit of info. Very common!
Haha yeah, unfortunately you can always rely on an X2 to… er, break😪. Nice shox, not so reliable though 😂😂 contact Fox, they’re known to have issues with their shocks and should be able to help!

Wonder if that’s a suspension kinematic issue. I’ve got 3 bikes with x2s that get thrashed in the PNW. All work perfectly still. And that polygon has a pretty complex linkage.
