Not necessarily. I say you can’t really tell by look alone I would judge more by how they feel. They definitely are not too loose so that’s a good thing.

IMO they do look a bit tight. Do be mindful that, as you work out, your muscles tend to “grow” due to increased blood flow, increased heat and overall inflammation.
Castelli being a quality brand will suffer less from the following, but tight fabrics tend to become somewhat transparent when you bend forward (so your behind part may become a bit see-through). Also, elastic fabrics and bands to lose some elasticity and become less tight over time with wear and washes – again, less likely given it’s a quality brand.
Overall I would recommend you at least try a larger size.
