Here’s the issue. It’s rim brake. While rim brakes are totally fine and more than adequate for the majority of people, the market has moved to disk brakes (not just for braking– also for wider tires and wheels).
What that means is rim brake bikes have (unfortunately?) lost a lot of value compared to what they would have been ~5 years ago.
Without knowing too much about the frame, I’ve found that any rim brake bike above $1000 USD has a much more difficult time selling. Even in those cases, they tend to be built with higher end components (Dura Ace or Ultegra). I might post it around $1000USD, but be ready for buyers looking to offer more like $750USD.

What would this be worth (preferably in CAD).
Interesting [review](https://www.bikeradar.com/reviews/bikes/road-bikes/norco-tactic-3-review) here. Says 1700 pounds new. Not a special bike, but a good enough one. 10 years later but with some nice wheels I would say maybe 900 to 1100 CAD. If everything is in good shape.
