you don’t need me to tell you that Broncos suck but so does having no rugby Fitness here are three of my favorite options for improving your Fitness without smashing loads of Broncos in no particular order we need to be doing something off feet this just means not running not on your feet Echo bikes and assault bikes are so good at getting you to a target heart rate so you can do longer slower stuff or you can try some intervals for our second option lots of you have games canceled especially at the moment whether it’s water whether it’s frozen pitches you still need to get some running in there so try some stuff on the tread mode and last but by no means least because this is the most fun and probably the most effective doing high-intensity skill stuff all in hand against Defenders competitive you’re going to get better game sense better skills be able to perform under fatigue and under pressure is the most specific Fitness stimulus you can get
