not really. cage bolts brake and fall out regularly and can be repaired. they aren’t structural. this would be like a cable stop or fender mount breaking off.

No, your frame is not toast. That hole was there before. The threaded mount that was glued in there was not a structural element of the frame; it was simply there to secure a water bottle cage. Now that it has fallen out, you may be able to epoxy another mount in there if you need a cage in that spot. Much easier would be to tape over it to prevent water from getting into it, and strap a cage there if you want.

The hole is bigger than the other rivnut, but I think I’m going to tape it and use zip ties as a user suggested.
