Had a fall on the bike today and the chain was instantly clicking afterwards. I figured out it was a particular location on the drivetrain where it looked like the chain was sliding sideways, as if it was shifting half a gear or something. Hard to explain.
I fixed this by shifting around the gears a bit and it all seemed to be smooth.
Then I noticed the gears seemed a bit different. Lowest gear didn't really feel as easy to pedal anymore.
Then I saw that it looked like the chain was not perfectly lines up. As if the pulley section derailleur was unaligned.
I tried to capture this in the pictures. First photo is with the back wheel folded under. Second photo is unfolded. I took the first photo from directly above the chain and I would have thought it was supposed to be perfectly lined up, but the chain kind of travels diagonally.
In the first photo, you can see the chain underneath moving in this diagonal fashion, it's definitely not going straight/in a straight line.
I'm not sure if this is normal, and if so, if this is likely to the alter the feeling of the gears.
If anybody has any easy solutions, I would love to get some help.
I tried to explain as well as possible but realise it might not be clear. Please ask any other questions!
Thanks

Your new first is probably your old second.
Looks like the derailleur is bent in a bit, try giving it a tug to see if you can pull it back into position.
The bolt in the chain tensioner pulley may have snapped (or nut fallen off), it happened to me once . I’m sure Youtube will have a video on the chain tensioner
