Has anyone used the 2.3L Midloader on their Grizl or Grail Size S?

On the website it says use the size S Midloader (meaning the 1.9L I'm guessing) on size S Grizl/Grail. I found a 2.3L on my local FB marketplace for a fraction of the MSRP + shipping, and the seller says they used it on their size S endurace.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this before I make the trek out to go see if it fits

I just got this for my Grizl. Size S for S frame. It looks nice and flush on the bike, which I wanted. The only thing is I don’t have any space left on the down tube to put my 21-oz water bottle anymore (you get about 8 inches of clearance), so I had to order a new 15-oz water bottle as a replacement.

  2. This guy uses a tailing 2.3 liter back on a size S grizly – it’s pretty snug, but it works. Check the dimensions and compare them to that Canyon bag I’d say. Link to video below, he talks about it around the 3:25 minute mark (auto subtitles are available in English)

Buy any other bag. It fits nice, but the zippers are crap. This is my third one. S frame and the smallest bag. Canyon changed it twice. The slightest overload kills the zipper. It also had a zipper on the bottom so that’s good to pull out a jacket if that is the only thing you have in it. Never trusted it enough to put keys or wallet in it. Yes you want the sideloader cages to get to your water. Small bottle only on the seat tube.
