Stage 4 2025 Gordalia. And yes, we’re back in Italy. Pulya, the heel of Italy’s boot to be exact. The stage takes us from Aberlo to Leche. 189 kilometers and nearly all flat with a categorized 4 climb early on and then mostly downhill all the way to the Baroque city of Leche. We’re leaving Albero Bellow and that’s the city of truly those unique cone- shaped houses and we’re heading to the baroque beauty of Leche. The sprinters should have their day and when they get in Leche we’re going to see a technical circuit of 12 kilometers. Now on that circuit we’re going to look for the teams to take control the teams for the sprinters. We’re also going to watch out for the GC teams to keep their men safe. namely Auso, Del Toro, Yates, Brandon McNoli, Jay Vine. Oh, there are so many with team UAE Emirates also Red Bull, Boro Hanssroy for Primos Raglitch once they’re up to 3K to go or so and they’re well positioned and out of trouble. Well, the sprint teams are truly going to take over. Look for Lethal Trek already have won two stages in the Giratalia one and three with Matt Speterson when we were in Albania. Who do I think could be a winner? Well, you’d be silly to bet against Matts Patterson. Other possible favorites, Corbin Strong, who finished second in stage three, or Allar from team Moistar, who was up there in stage one and third place in stage three. Others, well, Olaf Koi, all sorts of sprinters are there to play for victory. I don’t think Walt Vanart has the fantastic form and he indicated he’s going to be working for Olaf Koi there at Visma Lisa bike. So flat stage after the day’s rest day transfer to give the riders more time to recover from the transfer from Albania before we work our way up Italy’s boot into the mountains of the Jirro stage four of the 2025 Girro Italia.
