I don’t like the SL8 at all but those chainrings look 100x better than the semi-polished ones you get with RED which remind me of some cheap pep boys wheels from 20 years ago

Good choice on the Force chainrings. I’m surprised more people don’t go for them as they arguably look better, cost less, and weigh the same vs red.
