Dear biking community, my bf and I will go on a journey from Bad Radkersburg to Novi Sad in June. We plan to take out tent with us, but also sleep in a cozy bed from time to time. Do you have any tips for the route – are there any "must see" places without a big detour? Would border crossing be a problem? Are there enough water sources on the way? Any tips are be helpful!

all I can think of is to visit Liberland, a land that does not belong to any country.
Spoiler alert: there’s nothing there
You’ll have no problem with water or resupply, as you’re always 5 km from a village. Just make sure that your route takes you to the village when you need it.
I’d go and visit Varaždin, if you like cities. Đurđevac is also kind of cool with a few interesting sites (museum, Croatian Sahara…). Near Pitomača, go and see tha hanging bridge on Drava, but I think the route goes through there anyway. If you have the time cycle to the village of Križnica on the other bank of the river.
There are quite a few komoot highlights over there, so you can see for yourself.
After Osijek, Baranja is nice: Kopački rit, Tikveš castle, wine cellars in Zmajevac, the monument of Batina.
