Just reminded me I should sell mine as it has been unused for a few years. It’s a good bag but I just can’t do shoulder bags myself.
With 14l capacity i would say not much.
I have the Ortlieb O Bag with 20l and it carries just my office stuff. A 17″ laptop, pencil case, charger, glasses, graphical calculator, A4 notepad, pen case and external hard drive. The the two detachable bags carry my wallet, phone and other small items.
I have the bigger version and have regularly overloaded it while grocery shopping. It is bordering on too big because of the 10kw weight limit of the carrier block.
For Sunday and special rides, yeti lunch bag, yeti 36oz bottle, rain cover jacket & pants, AirPods and wallet.
For the office, iPad Pro, yeti bag and 18 oz bottle, PC mouse, memory bank, book, AirPods, wallet and jacket (for cold season) or rain gear (only for raining season,)
Is a pretty useful little bag, I also like that you can hang your helmet from either the front or sides when using as messenger bag, also I can hang a really bright light from the front.
