I picked up my new t line last Friday. I’m pretty happy with it, but unsure if 12s is actually an improvement over the 4s version. I kind of prefer the snappier feel of the cassette shifting than the hub gears. What do you guys think? What is the best gearing solution for brompton bikes?

TBH, I tried riding a demo T line 12s at a local bike shop and I can’t say “I like it”. I don’t hate it either, probably the gear shifting at some pt got too confusing for me which gear I am at. I somewhat like the simpler 4s better. Perhaps there will be a 6s or 8s T line for those of us who doesn’t need so many speed for a T line, and cut down on some weight on a model that is meant to be light.
