In the name of resourcefulness, I wanted to try and use this rack on my first trip. It came off a commuter we have and I was wondering if it’ll fit on my bike. Those V-shaped stays that attach by the dropouts need to be bent outwards ever so slightly (as in flexed, not bent I suppose) to fit onto the bike I’m taking. The moveable stays that attach near the seat tube also only fit on my bike if they’re attached to the topmost strut (as you can see in the photo). They were originally (on the commuter) attached to the strut below it with the silver marks. Will any of these point be a problem and make the rack unsafe? I’d be using Drj0n Limpets I think to attach the rack to my frame, as it doesn’t have any rack mounts (On One TikTik). Any advice would be much appreciated!
