Build it into a fixie with disc brakes. Do it.
Those are the first things I remove when I buy a bike.
Probably not free, but you can get some reflectors for cheap if you want them. You really dont need the dork disk, though. As long as your shifters are properly adjusted, its irrelevant
Shops that build them may have extras.
