This has been stripped and I can no longer secure the balance screw in it. It looks like I need to replace the silver part. The balance screw pushes against to apply pressure to the spring. Any ideas on what it is called? 2007 Gary Fisher Wahoo. Thanks for the help.

I highly doubt you will find that part separately, just replace the entire brake. Also the brake pads are upside down.
Edit: Or I suppose you can find a slightly bigger screw and cut new, bigger threads that matches the new screw.
You might be able to slip the screw through and thread a nut onto it. The pressure from the spring will hold it in place. I also like the idea in the first reply to drill and tap it to the next larger size.
