  1. Separate sleeves are an option. Used them when I was still a courier, so all day on the sun. They even felt cooler than without them and that’s in 35*C summer heat

  2. I actually wear a long sleeve cover-up every time I ride….. it’s lightweight and breathable, but it keeps the sun off of my arms

  3. I have a lightweight full zip sun hoodie that I wear in the summer. It’s lightweight enough that it doesn’t make me overheat but if it’s really hot, I’ll get it wet before putting it on, too, and that really helps. It’s a no-name brand that I found online, so no helpful links, but I’m sure something similar is easily findable online.

I really like REI’s sun hoodie/longsleeve. They cover me up but breathe really well.

  5. Better go full nude. After all people are covered with skin and I’ve heard they make leather from animal skin.

I’ve been wearing the Poncho long sleeve shirts and their amazing. They’re a little pricey for a shirt, at least for me, but I’ve been slowly buying more and more and don’t really want to wear anything else now. They’re super lightweight and breathable. They’re technically a fishing shirt, but they wear and look like a normal shirt, not the typical fishing shirt. I seriously hate wearing sunscreen and almost always forget until it’s too late so they’ve been a game changer for me!

Fly fishing shirts. It’s summer and the climate is broken. You being hot is a part of life now.
