So finally this day arrived. Today is the day when I starting my journey uh across Europe. I’m very excited and few last things I need to do and prepare also say goodbye to my family and friends and I will be on the road. Yeah, wish me luck. [Music] Oh, and here is my first push. In the future, there will be a lot more of them. [Applause] Now is a time for us something small to eat. Here you can see how I filter my water. [Applause] Yeah. So, I arrived at my first camping post and I am completely tired. So, right now I will just lay down for a bit. I clean myself and after I will eat something good. While the meal is cooking, let’s take a closer look at my camping spot. That will be the end of the first day. See you at the morning. Hello in the morning. As you can see behind me, all my gear is already packed and we’re going to be moving forward. [Applause] Here I attempt to make a fried eggs, but this pan really sucks. So yeah, I already had opportunity to ride down from this mountain, but it looks like like I lost my shoe. Yep, that’s it. Finally, my lost shoe. It cost me a lot to lose it. So after I found my shoes, another surprise. and the rain happened. Probably also the storm will come. So, right now I’m waiting because I think it might go away somewhere else and see if I can like move forward today also or if I will be forced to make a camp here. So, as you can hear, it was probably very good decision to actually stay in the place and put the camp here because right now we have the storm and it’s pretty much uh raining. Of course, uh I’m kind of happy with it. I can rest a little bit more. I didn’t do many kilometers today. And after I eat, I will just practice my ukulele. So, I’m kind of happy. And here we end the day two. Welcome into day three. Take a look at those beautiful views. The wind interrupted so I put down the volume. Basically I speak in here that I’m already on the road and today’s goal is to reach Yelagura to leave some stuff to my family members because I already have too much of the weight. Let my stuff to be taken by some of my family because I have already too much. After I give up some of my stuff, I decided to go to eat something because I was really hungry. I just left key there. That’s nice. So, I just finished the burger and it was very good. I forgot to like take a picture or anything because I was so hungry. I really jump on it. Yeah, but it was very good. Now I am about like four maybe 5 kilo less. So I am very grateful that Mar decided to come and help me with this. Of course, I think I should go way more lighter, but uh currently I will have to figure out what I can like resign uh and what have to stay with me. And actually most worrying part is that even though I drop a few kilos thanks to Marik, there are huge mountains in front of me and I am not really that light. So I will have to conquer them somehow. Conquer them somehow. But before struggling in the mountains, a little stop in Tam in Chapita. here. I set the camp. I think it’s time to say a few words about my first three days that I spent adventuring. So, first of all, uh it’s not actually that easy and definitely uh it’s best to take take it slow for the few first days because I think personally it’s good to let your body adjust. to be honest in those three days I didn’t do much of kilometers but uh actually the road wasn’t quite easy but as you can see the view it’s amazing here I’m already uh right now I’m in Chipa it’s a little town next to yagura and tomorrow the plan is to reach what I learn. I learned that um attention and like really if you do not have attention what uh while you traveling you will pay a lot because um it’s already hard how it is because you need to uh you need to remember what to take to the tent, what to take somewhere else and there is a lot of stuff. If you make some mistakes like being uh like absent completely in your thoughts, then you will have to pay for it. For example, like I lost my shoe, but this is just like this one thing. But whenever I just like try to do stuff fast and no, it it actually should be very much with attention and very much slowly. then you have opportunity to not make so many mistakes that will cost you cost you your time cost you your patience. So for me right now it’s this all adventure is the training of awareness of being aware of of attention of controlling my own attention and when you on the road when you adventuring like I am with the bike and with the tent like you can see there uh the price you pay is much more higher than when you just in your home and you know second thing I learned it’s definitely to do not take much stuff like really half of what you think you need probably like some of it you can truly truly spare some of it it’s could be like useful but you can survive it without it and if you do not have like great muscle mass also and the condition is not like in your peak because you’re just starting and you choose to make a great challenge for yourself then definitely it’s better to think twice twice and in case of e emergency just make sure you know how to send your things home. Consider all of those things. I am happy for me. Uh I starting to notice that this adventure will be a great challenge and also a training in many aspects of life which is I guess that’s the most important part. I think I will I have I think I have opportunity to actually better myself thanks to this. Of course, it’s a challenge that can make you break you, but I am happy to take it. And here I start feeling that something is off. But more about it in the morning. So, yesterday night was very something. Uh, I make a mistake. You probably remember the burger I mentioned earlier. Yeah. Um, the mistake was that I order also a coffee coffee with milk uh for it. And I didn’t notice that inside the burger there are pickles. I guess as you can say in English although they are not the same thing as you have in Poland it’s kishon. So uh yeah it caused great revolution in my stomach. Uh around the evening I reach puke and then I was feeling very very bad for entire night I drink a lot of water like for the first night I for the first hours I drink around one liter of water. I was dreaming about getting um the melon but of course it was Sunday so in Poland you have everything closed there was no way I was feeling bad so I don’t think I will be I was able to go and uh buy anything for me but right now I’m feeling a little bit better also you know as always when your organism is kind of weaken And uh I feel a little bit dizzy. I already took one top uh to help me get through to through this day. So my first stop for today will be to go to the shop and buy that melon because I feel like I need to I need something from it. My body need it. Yeah. So everyday adventure truly. And once again this is the lack of awareness that that is that’s it. All the things are packed. We can move to that shop. I feel very very weak today like I did maybe 5 kilometers and I’m very tired. I just I think that is how it’s going to be today. There is no way to force it. I’ll just uh move in the speed that I can I feel I can move and look around for a nice calm spot to let my body rest today. riding through the forest and one problem with the forest is the fact that besides the roads they in it uh besides the road there is actually not much places where you could uh pitch the tent like everywhere are rocks. Uh everywhere is very not even terrain, stones. I’m afraid if I will find uh some place for today because there is no way I will be able to like go through all those mountains uh that I am supposed to do before I re reach the barretts. So, and it’s cold in here. Like cold and wet. Not very good place to camp, I guess. But well, I have to find something. I have no other way. Right. I finally managed to leave the forest a little bit. Here is the view. Um, I will just pitch my tent somewhere here. The road is near, but I don’t really care. It’s uh already 400 p p.m. I’m very very tired. I like push my boundaries to the limits today. And I just will pitch the tent here. It’s like one place uh without the trees in so many kilometers. Yeah. So and here I chose to eat one of the instant zups. It is not the best choice but for those situation I wanted something light and fast. At the end I put some notes into my diary and go to sleep. Hello in the morning. Day five. I feel so much better today. It’s 5:00 a.m. I I am already woke. I slept very warm and felt nothing. Uh the one thing worth mention is I think today I I heard uh in the night the wolf hauling somewhere close here. But I felt so safe and comfortable in the place where I was not. I just Oh w hauling. I just turn I just turn myself around on the other side and go to sleep. Yeah, but that’s that’s nice. The air is simply fantastic here right now. I just love it. Yeah. Somewhere from I think Wole. It’s truly amazing to be woke up to places like this. Truly, it is. Look at all of this. Definitely the struggle was worth it, I must say. I will have to wait till the sun will set properly and take it all off. I’m already going. It looks like, of course, it’s going to be quite quite all right today. I have a lot of forest to ride to, but I wanted to talk about something. What I wanted to talk about is that uh in my head in my plans I was like yeah I will just ride 50 kilometers every day. It’s not much. I will have plenty of the day for me. So I will like spend this time learning to draw playing and reading the book. tight with me. Why it’s not like this at all? Like the first days for me, not only I cannot do like 30 kilometers a day. Forget about it. Due to the uh my luggage and of course the terrain and riding, but it’s all about survival actually. I just like struggle to survive to put the camp to set to to set the camp to cook for me, feed myself, keep me warm. And when I finally feel that warm, I just I feel like I need to rest. I hope in future days I’ll be able to do all the stuff I have done. and I just get used to all of this and maybe when the terrain will get easier. But as for now, it is definitely not like I plan it in my head. [Applause] I have like 39 kilometers to liberates. So uh I know it was slow but step by step we reaching the first uh destination and this is awesome. I had like a great uh mountain to ride on and now I am currently probably going to be constantly descending. So that’s so cool. In an hour or two I will uh stop and eat something, but right now I will just enjoy the ride down. Yay. What a view, isn’t it? Amazing. So this is the place when I eat my lunch today. Much like I think one of the best thing in the adventuring is possibility to eat your meals in places like this. This is truly amazing. I just conquered the part of roads that uh had the has this sign [Music] like I translate it in English later. But yeah, it’s very accurate. It’s just so funny that they put this sign there and knowing what you have to go through and yeah, I was like w but I did it. I did it and I’m here and and this is amazing. It is 5:00 p.m. and I’m still going. I couldn’t find a right place for camping. anything felt really good and I kind of wanted to get close get uh as closest to the liberates as possible and leave the forest a little bit but I’m not sure if I will manage to do that today. I hope soon I can find a place that will give me a good vibes and is with me so I could stay there for a night. Yeah. And I finally found a place where I think I can safely stay. It’s uh some old village of Cheya. Uh, I think it’s some kind of attraction in here, but it’s temporarily close and the sun is setting and I’m kind of tired. I think going farther wouldn’t be very smart. So, I just stay here. While the water for something sweet for me with vitamin C is making itself, I think maybe it’s good time to talk about the overall feeling towards uh the journey. To be honest, it’s not just sunshine and bright sides. There are hardships like some of them were visibly on the videos like the terrain, the road and stuff. but also the psychological part. You left everything you know, everything that was safe to you and sadly find yourself in completely strange unknown environment when you don’t know when you going to eat, where you going to sleep, will you find a safe place or not? And I think all this unknown and also the same time the change uh it do something on your um it do something on your mind like there are the moments when something inside wants you just turn around and go home just to feel safe this comfort zone. I think it will take some time, few more days maybe, maybe weeks, maybe months until the body will just adjust to the current situation. When the mind will adjust also to the current situation, stop seeing it as such a threat. But we will see. Of course, there are so many happy moments like wow whenever they there is a beautiful view when it’s so rewarding for all these hardships when you can eat something good and while being in this forest and on the on the road. It’s amazing and and that’s that’s a great great part of this journey. And sometimes you feel just, wow, yeah, I’m going. I love the sound under my wheels. And it’s like everything is great. But also there are this darker moments, darker moment, darker thoughts that come to the mind. I guess it’s important to also talk about it and uh deal with those thoughts also because there are kind of natural when you shifting into unknown. That is also one of the reason I call this adventure ride into the unknown and I was expecting such kind of feelings. I don’t know yet what will come after but I am happy to see. Hello in the morning. Take a look. Don’t know if this is black. I don’t know if this was visible but like there is frozen water on my tent. It is just 6 a.m. But today I want to uh be as fast as possible in liberates to have some time to spend in there to see the city. That’s why I cannot actually put the tent yet. There is frozen condensation inside and outside. But I think I’ll just prepare some hot waters for me. Maybe eat some liquor breakfast because today I’ll be able to buy stuff in Oh my god, there is this uh this thing. I don’t know how it’s in English. It’s jumps like this. The small one with the pointy ears. They just run it there. Yeah. And Okay. So uh I will be able to make shop uh be able to make groceries in a shop. So I think I can I have to make some space and I still have some stuff. I actually have to consider what I take with me and what I not because I take a lot of like uh peanuts and stuff and they’re kind of heavy and I don’t eat them at all that much. So, I think I would like to make more space for I don’t know like meat. Yeah. Okay. So, wish me a tasty meal and see you later. Since I have a nice ride down, I’m learning a few words in chesi. Uh, so for example, it’s very similar to Polish. Sorry, it’s like a it’s high or not means good day but like it’s used for welcoming I guess like in Polish gindimo. So two most important words when you’re going to shop is in the which is uh hello and thank you. I think that’s basic that basic two words can get you through and in case of something you have to say I guess you I don’t understand which is or not I need to check out way so I don’t understand is and another good uh sentence to know is angels ski I guess something similar like this and then you can redirect the person to more global language which English is that more global language. Uh I hear about uh Slavianski and I think it will be what for me as a Slavic person to learn it and then I will be probably uh it will be more easier for me to travel to Slavic countries. This is something great I think that was invented by people. So I have to think about it definitely. This is crazy. And here we finally reached the rear. Many buildings here looks just wonderful. Here is the main building in the center of the town. So behind me you can see town that I already left. You can also see behind it the mountains and I was in those mountains and now in front of me there are another mountains. So this is purely amazing. Well, few words about the town. There is beautiful architecture there definitely in the center of the town, but if you live uh a little bit farther away from the center, it gets different. I encourage you to come and see for yourself. So, right now is 3 p.m. I fed myself. I went in the shop. I drink a lot of milk. Like, I drink almost half. I think it’s more than half of this liter of milk. I wanted milk so badly. And this is great. I probably finished this milk today. So in the next couple of days I will find new milk too. Leave me comments, tell me what you think. I will be truly grateful for any encouragement and words. Uh, so yeah, I waiting for you. I wonder if the hill is visible. This is my road today. entire day. This is amazing. But let’s do this. One, two, three, and and this is how the day six is ending. Hello in the day seven. It’s a beautiful morning and I just wanted to show you where is the place I sleep today. Here is the sunrise. And here is where I sleep. Stunning. Another entire day of pushing. Uh I just was in a little town of Cher. It’s called forgot half hour right that down here. And to be honest I think you left the forest and stuff but those mountains right now feel endless for me. I think I found the station shell where it’s possible to take the shower. So this is where I’m going right now. It showed me that if I was driving with the car, I will be there with 12 minutes. But I truly don’t think that with my bike I will arrive there that soon. But it’s I come back home so strong. So yeah, I did it again. Like good news, I shower. I feel fresh. Awesome. But 20 kilometers ago, there was this weird road and I have to put everything from my bike to to be able to go farther like and my solar panel was outside. So I destroyed and I didn’t notice it. Probably somewhere in the leaves. I have to now go 20 kilometers through all those mountains to reach it. But like if I not stop doing this, I will just I don’t know. I have to stop doing this. I have to remember and see what I am doing. I cannot lose stuff again. 20 kilometers through those mountains. You don’t know what that is truly. I will not record anymore today because I have to save the power I have. Yeah. See you after I found my solar panel. The day seven is ending. I want to make one last update for this week. I found the solar panel. I reach back for it and it was in this very hard part of the road in the forest. But yeah, I successfully retrieve it. I must say I felt like because you know it’s my power source. Without it, this journey will be over. I will have to literally come back home because I don’t know if I will have time on the battery as have I have a power bank but still to reach place to purchase new one. I think I will be too afraid to take this risk and I will just search for a train back home as soon as possible. But thankfully it didn’t happen so I can move forward. I actually decided to make some changes in the road because my plan was to go to Praa and then go to Austria and uh Switzerland. But I decided there is too much mountains for me. I don’t want any more mountains. I have enough of mountains. So from tomorrow I will probably start moving towards uh Germany and as much north Germany as possible. So got got the flat ground. Yeah. Um I’m just tired. I mean a few another days I will still have to struggle with this mountains but after that I just I want it a little bit easy. I am more relaxed today evening because it is warmer. Uh it usually was very cold when I was preparing my meals and and cleaning the dishes and doing stuff. And it’s not easy when the temperature is kind of low. Right now, I don’t know how much it is, but I just simply feel it like it’s warmer. It’s warmer for my hands and I can better operate. Anyway, end of the stocking. Uh I hope you enjoy my video and if you like uh what you saw, if you want to follow my journey, please subscribe and like. You will be then able to take part and see other videos. As for now, I say you goodbye and see you next week. Bye.
