  1. Cyclist are in super shape. I don't know why it's not more popular as a workout in america. He just doesn't do chest and stuff as much because he's trying to keep his weight down. But you have to balance on the bike while pedaling so it's better than planks and actually fun. I don't understand why people want to be sitting on their floor doing nothing instead of going somewhere on a bike or swimming. I don't even understand boxing and MMA that much. Who am I going to box? not that guy because I can't even catch him.

  2. This is not difficult at all. all hes doing is pedaling fast. there is very little resistance. who ever made this doesn't know what they are talking about at all
