Hi Found this 2010 Scott Sub 10 from someone for 250$. Think it's a good deal?
Internal rear only gears 8 speed. Are these good long term?
Hydraulic brakes (need bleeding)
Tires may need changed.
I wish to add fenders / mud guards and a carrier. Is that doable? Any other advice?

In terms of long term it all depends on what type of cycling you’re looking to do – if you’re looking for a daily commuter, something to get around on that bike looks great. The gearing range probably won’t be enough for loads of climbing, but should be good for day to day.
If you’re thinking to get into long distance, gravel, anything more than commuting you might want to look at something different.
As for fenders and a rack – easy to get something to fit on. Look at SKS fenders, really good clip on ones that don’t rattle. Maybe Ortlieb for racks as again, they make ones that don’t need frame mounts.
