Only a fixie kid would understand. Never seen it before on a gravel bike but I’m fucking here for it.

I live in CO, and need every gear I can get for the mountains, so I’m stuck with drops.

Used to live in MN where I commuted to school with a single speed with bullhorns, because it’s flat as a pancake. Where do you live, OP?

I swapped to bull horns on my city, single speed. A nice simple change.

I’ve got a gravel bike as well and I’m not sure how I would feel with bull horns on that bike.

  4. I have em on my State Core Line Single Speed.

Also, is that a Windsor in the back?

Bullhorns are the best bars. Drop bars are comical over rated. If I could have a bullhorn with a hydro brake and shifter I would.

Hardly any pros use the drops anymore after they found out that long stems and narrow bars are more aero riding from the hoods than the drops.

  6. Those would work for me. I can’t do flat bars exclusively, bad ergonomics for my cranky hands, but I rarely use the drops and that would still give me all my hand positions.

Tbh I love the look of these but at the moment I didn’t have a bike I could replace the dropbar. Maybe in the near future.
Would love to combine this with a single speed but I’m living in a hilly area and I’m a bit afraid of that fact combined with a single speed

I read “My state is single speed” to mean your entire state is flat enough to not need gears.
