  1. If you don’t have much money then it means you probably bought knockoff zipp wheels and for this reason ~~I’m out~~ I would rate it low.

  2. No hate, just advice/my opinion:

    * Saddle angle is off. You can probably level it out if you lower it a bit. That will give you better control through the whole pedal stroke and less wrist fatigue.

    * Don’t ride brakeless if you haven’t learned to get both feet I to straps yet.

    * Unbranded wheels look better than wonky Zipp stickers.

    Other than that, nice bike.

Fit is off. Fix that. Don’t emulate what you see here. Get a proper fit first. Proper fit supercedes anything. If your fit is off, you are literally off on the machine. And get a helmet.

Same with brakes. Get at least a front caliper/lever set-up. Use it. You can skid with a brake attached.

Read Saint Sheldon Brown. Thoroughly. Don’t listen to Zach G. Remain open minded. Ride as much as possible. Rest when needed.

Don’t worry about looks yet. They don’t make you faster or a better cyclist. Allow yourself to come into your own style. I find it varies with a frame or components. Loud and flashy logos are always cheap looking to me, but that’s my preference. Fake decals is the worst, again my opinion.

Good luck brother. And be safe out there.

  4. Who cares what we think as long you have something to ride and have fun. Looks pretty good either way.

  5. Honest rate: 5/10

The fit is goofy and would absolutely benefit from a good couple hours of trial-and-error with the saddle position to dial it in.

I do not like the function or aesthetic of single-strap on platform pedals, I think there are cleaner-looking offer better control, and this is just a personal opinion.

I disagree with using road hoods on a fixed gear bike for the same reason why I don’t ride road bikes: I love the minimalism of fixed gear bikes and the hoods take away from the minimalism. This is also absolutely a personal opinion.

I REALLY disagree with brakeless, especially with the current pedal strap setup. This is a safety concern more than a personal opinion.

I really like the color way and this bike looks nice in low-light settings. It has potential to pop really well with some refinement in style, specifically with the wheels and the cockpit. If you are able to find an all-black stem and remove the wheel decals, this bike would look really sick. I would also remove the hoods and get a different saddle.

At the end of the day, this bike is your bike. Ride it how you want to ride it because none of our opinions matter to you more than yours does.

its nice, I had a tsunami and are the best cheap chinesse frames.

just few details. there is no point on habing a brake lever on the hoods with no brakes. you can remove the lever and have a more aesthetic “fake hoods”, noneless its just a picky detail. but I see importanr things: the saddle its in a bad position, and you will need a second strap for safety.

    enjoy your bike!
