I was looking at replacement thru axels for this wheel, and I was under the impression they came with DT Swiss RWS thru axels. Came to realize they did not since these thru axels are M12 x 1.75 and the DT Swiss are M12 x 1.5. I did find one replacement (front) from Robert Axel Project, https://www.performancebike.com/robert-axle-project-12mm-front-lightning-bolt-thru-axle-black-122mm-lig512/p978795.
Are there any other alternatives? I did not find a spare part listing on the Canyon site.

Check the canyon app for spare parts for your specific bike.
My Grizl axle has a M12 x 1.0 thread. Are you sure about the 1.75?
