Doing a lot better than I am, just keep practising! I still struggle to get the front wheel up without falling over sideways.

Improve what? Doing wheelies or mountain biking?
Not sure about the former. For the later, ride on some dirt.

Practice by doing exactly what you’re doing in the video. Just ride around and pull up. It’ll take a while before you can just automatically sit into that balance point, but it’s looking fine so far! Just gotta keep practicing. Make micro adjustments just on how it feels. You got it man👍

2nd one you did is the juice maaan. Looked like you were balancing with the hips quite well. Just keep the practice mindful and you’ll really hone in on it. You have it down.

Getting into the manual looks good to me, focus on going into the manual without any side to side imbalance try to keep the balance point by adjusting front wheel height with knees and your hips by pushing into the pedals and leaning back
Speed and steep straight descents are always good friends for practicing manuals
