Hello everyone
My front derailleur suddenly makes a loud bang when I shift up, is this normal? Does the derailleur look normal or is it bent? When I removed it, I noticed that the holder was slightly dented. Could it have something to do with that?

The hanger is part of your frame and it looks damaged. This renders your frame defect. Looks like it wasn’t secured properly. BTW this is why every bike that was shipped needs to be adjusted. The sram fds are super picky to begin with and they need exact adjustment to work. My guess would be that the wedge piece on the back of the derailleur is missing.
