The original gear groove?
A 3D printed gear groove also with a GoPro mount?
Last option in considering is just adhesive mount in top of handle bar.

I bought the Canyon FLASH 800 GEAR GROOVE Frontlight Set Lights for my CFR..I really liked the idea with the front light..and I love how it looks like !

This is my setup, 3D printed, ordered from Etsy. The light is Ravemen on garmin mount. The top is Garmin Edge 830. I actually love this setup.
