I have a very similar measurement result but in the xs and s sizes. From the research I’ve done, almost everyone suggests to go with the smaller size. If you have shorter legs than the average person the the stand over height will be very important. Adjustments can be made with a longer stem and/or spacers

I am 5’2.5″ with 28″ inseam and I got the grizl 6 RAW in XXXS. The sizing is perfect for me, and I didn’t do any adjustments to the stem. It is so nice having clearance on the top tube!
My friend who is 5’4″ with ~30″ inseam found it too small. Hope that helps.
