As title states. Can someone help me identify which year/model this bike is? What is its current used value and any cosmetic issues with this you can see? I’ve never purchased a road bike and would love some help. It’s listed for $1900.

Have you tried Bicycle blue book? Looks like around 2018 model based on the internal cabling
2018-2019. The trek bike archive on their website is really usefull for this.

Was an easy find as the graphic is a little bit older but the thing already has discbrakes (remains crazy as a mountainbiker, how it took roadbikes 10-15 years more to get discbrakes).
