I bought a used Cult Devotion and its is making a snap sound when I pedal hard and it gives out for a second. Please let me know what you think this is and how to fix it or what I need to buy and where to buy it? I tried moving the wheel back to tighten the chain but it still happens

It looks like the driver may not be fully engaged. Clearly the dust seal isn’t doing its job to add onto that. I’d disassemble the hub to inspect for damages and to clean/lubricate as needed.
Yea that hub looks broken/ needs some work
Where can I buy a new hub whats a good hub to by for this bike
